Sieve the Flour and The Nutmeg Into a Bowl. Then Add The Yeast Inside and Mix.

Add Butter to the flour mixture and Mix till the Butter Blends Inside.

Pour In The Measure Water Into a Bowl, Add the Sugar, Salt, milk and The Eggs Then Beat Together.

Add The Two Mixtures Together (Dry and The wet Ingredients) and Knead well Till the Dough is Soft and Smooth and The Dough Is not Sticking. Then Cover With A Clean Towel or Cling Film and Place it under The Sun to Rise For 30 Minutes.

After the Dough Rise (Double In Size). Bring and Place On a Floured Kneading Table and Knead Till The Dough is Smooth to Feel.

Cut Into Smaller portions, Roll and Cut with a Doughnut Cutter Or Roll Out and Cut with any Container That Has A Round Edge. Then Used A Bottle Cap to Cut Out the Middle of the Round Dough.

Repeat The process Till All The Dough Is exhausted.

Place On a Greased Tray and Put under a Sun To Rise.

Put vegetable oil in the deep fryer or pot and heat up for around 2 minutes, then drop your circular cut out dough into it.

Deep fry for 5-8 minutes, till the colour changes to golden brown.

Remove the doughnuts with a perforated spoon and place on a paper towel to soak up excess oil.

You can know if the oil is ready to receive your dough by dropping the cut out piece into it. If it floats, then it’s ready*
