Mix all-purpose flour and oil properly.Then add water to make hard dough.Keep it aside for 10 min.

Now divide the dough into 2 parts.Make a ball and roll on like a big thick chapati.Cut into small squares with the help of a knife.

Heat oil in a karahi,fry all the gurpare in batches.First on high heat and then on medium heat.

Take a pan,add jaggery and 2 tb.spoon.water on slow flame.When the Jaggery melts add vanilla essence and you see bubbles, switch off the gas and add gurpare into it.Keep on stirring until gurpare becomes dry.

Your delicious gurpare is ready to serve.
