Cut dry dates (chhuara) lengthwise and remove the seed.
Soak in warm water for 3 hours. - 2
Discard the water and wipe out water completely. In a grinder, make paste of chhuara.

In a kadhai, take chhuara paste. To it, add grated khoya and 1tbsp ghee.

Sauté the mixture in low flame till all the moisture is burnt. Now it becomes dark in color and a sweet aroma is released.

Switch off the burner and allow the mixture to cool. Add castor sugar, Almond, pista slices and rose water.Mix well.

Prepare elongated shape laddoo using both the palms. It is ready to serve.
