1 tbspred chili flakes
1 tspchopped garlic
1 tspchopped ginger
3 tbspbutter

Add in oil n butter let it melt..

Now add chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic,chili n ginger n saute them..

Now add red chili flakes n cook for few seconds then add button red chilies n let it crackle..

Cook well..its ready to pour on daals,karahi,kadhi etc...
