First Marinated the chicken with Yogurt, salt, food color and roasted cumin

Fry ginger, garlic paste in the oil and add tomatoes

When the tomatoes are tender, add spices and fry and add the marinated chicken

Then add chicken, fry for 20 minutes, add green chilli paste and finally add ginger and green coriander for garnishing

Finally add the charcoal smoke to give the tikka flavor. The delicious chicken tikka karahi is ready
