Steps

In a pan heat ghee. Add walnut pieces and roast it. Transfer into bowl and keep aside.

In the same pan add grated carrot and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add 500 ml milk and stir in between. Cook for 5 minutes or until carrot tenders.

Add sugar and white chocolate. Mix well. Now mix custard powder into 1/2 cup milk and add into. Stir continuously. Cook until mixture thickens or get desired consistency.

Add sauted walnuts and mix it. Cool down at room temperature. Then put in fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy delicious carrot chocolate pudding.
