Shred cabbage. Grate carrot. Take oil in kadai add sliced onions saute. Then add chopped ginger, garlic n green chillies.

Once cooked add cabbage saute on high flame. Add grated carrot. Once done remove from flame. Filling is ready.
Make dough. Leave it for 30min. Take small balls. Knead like small roti - 3
Put the filling in centre and close it. Fold like pleats. Prepare all and steam in batches. Serve with momos chutney.
