A twist from the traditional and usual one, this one is best to use Green peas when it’s still available
Steps

Boil the pasta as per instruction from and drain and set aside

Blanch 1/4 cup peas and set aside

In a pan heat 2 Tbsp olive oil, add 1 Tbsp chopped garlic and stir on medium flame for 1 min, add chopped onions and cook until translucent. Add peas

Add 1 cup milk and cook on low flame until peas are boiled. Set aside, cool and blend smooth. Set aside

In a wok heat rest of the olive oil and add rest of the chopped garlic and fry on medium flame for 1 min. Add boiled pasta and cook for 1 min

Add peas paste and mix well. Add blanched peas and mix well

Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Set aside

Plate and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy
