Nihari and garma garam Tandoori Naan/Roti, heavenly delicious , at our home we prefer Paye in nashta and Nihari in lunch or dinner, never take Nihari in the breakfast because my Dadi ami said that without green chili lemon and ginger there is no taste of Nihari so it's have to take in lunch or dinner because Nihari contains too much spices.
So I made the delicious Nihari , and this time I use spice mix , and taste is very good.

To make the Delhi Nihari, Add oil and ginger garlic paste in a pot cook for a minute then add chicken in it and bhoonify till chicken turns into golden colour.

Now add the fried crushed onions and Delhi Nihari masala and cook till oil comes out. (If needed then add little water to avoid burning).

When oil comes out then add water according to your Nihari gravy then let it simmers.
Bhoonify the wheat flour in a dry pan, try roast till it's fragrant. Add little water in dry roast wheat flour then mix it into simmering Nihari. - 4
Mix continuesly till it's thickens about 10 to 15 minutes at medium low flame till oil comes on surface. Tasty Chicken Delhi Nihari is ready.
Garnish with Lemon slices, green chillies and ginger and serve with garlic Naan. 💕
