Fill wonton with 1/2 rounded teaspoon filling. Seal with wetted edge. Set aside under damp towel. Keep wonton wrappers from drying too.

Lighky oil pan, cook potsticker on 1 side for 2 min. Add a little broth (1/3 cup?), steam for another 2 min. Rest in warm oven.
