Chicken Kheema Samosas are our family favorite snack. These crispy and delicious Chicken Kheema Samosas are super easy to make. Once your chicken mince filling is ready, these get ready quickly. I have made these Tasty Chicken Kheema Samosas using readymade frozen samosa dough sheets/patti. You just have to prepare the filling for the samosa and stuff them in these dough sheets and fry them or if you are health conscious then simply bake them. You can serve it hot with ketchup, schezwan sauce, chilli sauce or mint chutney.

Steps
- 1
Firstly, to prepare the chicken mince stuffing, heat a non-stick pan. Add butter and allow it to melt. Add the chopped green onions and saute for two minutes.
- 2
Next add the chopped garlic and saute for two minutes.
- 3
Then add the chopped onions and saute till the onions are translucent. Add the washed and drained chicken mince.
- 4
Saute until chicken is tender ie. for about 6 to 8 minutes. Add the powdered sugar.
- 5
Add soy sauce and salt and saute for few minutes until chicken has no moisture left. The stuffing for the Chicken Samosa is ready. Set it aside to cool completely.
- 6
Fold the samosa dough sheets in the shape of a cone. Fill in the prepared chicken mince stuffing. Add some chopped onion greens or green bell peppers over the chicken mince. Seal the edges with slurry made with maida and water. Continue the process for the rest of the samosas. You can freeze the samosas in ziplock pouches or air tight container. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- 7
Gently add the samosas in the hot oil, few at a time and deep fry over medium flame until golden brown in color on both sides.
- 8
Remove the fried samosas on a paper tissue to drain away the excess oil.
- 9
Tasty Chicken Keema Samosas are ready. Enjoy it hot with tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce or any sauce or chutney of your choice.
