First heat a pan, add a tsp of oil and slightly toss the diced capsicum, bell peppers and diced onion cubes. Now keep them aside.

Now take the broccoli flowers, sprinkle some cornflour, some salt and some water over it until it gets lightly coated.

Now take another pan, add enough oil for deep-frying. Once the oil gets hot, lower down the flame and fry the broccoli pieces until it gets crispy, as shown below. Now keep this aside.

Now heat another pan. Add some oil, add some chopped garlic, slit green chillies, spring onion and some chopped onion. Fry them until the onion becomes slightly mushy and the raw smell of garlic goes off.

Now for making gravy, combine all the sauces like green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup; mentioned above along with the measurements (in the gravy section) Mix everything well and keep the sauces mixture aside. At this stage, keep the cornflour slurry ready too.

Now add this sauces mixture in it. Give everything a good mix. Then add the prepared cornflour slurry to it and cook it for about a minute. Add some salt & sugar. Add the fried broccoli pieces in it.

Then add fried capsicum, bell pepper and onion cubes. Mix everything well. Keep the flame low. Cook it for about 30 seconds. Add some pepper powder and give it a mix.

Garnish it with some spring onions and some white sesame seeds. Serve it hot with some Chinese Fried Rice.
