For pakodas : In a bowl combine besan, grated carrot, chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste,haldi powder, red chilli powder as needed, roasted cumin powder, ajwain, black pepper powder, oil and salt as needed. Mix...well.

Add enough water. There will be no lumps on it.
And make a thick pakoda batter. Once it is done. Keep aside. - 3
Heat oil in a iron Kadai. Dip fry till it is golden brown in color. Once it is done keep aside.

In another kadai. Heat oil. Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute it for few minutes. Then add chopped onion, chopped spring onion. Saute it for few minutes. Add red chilli sauce.

Roasted cumin powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce. Mix it....well.

Add salt as needed. Add enough water. Mix...well...

Add carrot pakodas. Coated well with masala. Cover & cook till it is dry. Open the lid.

Check it. If it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve....hot...carrot pakodas Manchurian as a evening snacks or starter.
