1 cupwater
1 cupsmilk
1/2 pinchground nutmeg(optional)
1/4 teaspoonground cardamom
1/4 teaspoonground ginger
3whole cloves
1cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4 cuphoney
2black tea bags

10 minutes

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add tea, honey and vanilla. Season with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger and nutmeg. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour in milk, and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat, and strain through a fine sieve.
