Ingredients

  1. 1 packageshitake mushroom, cut the roots off and split them
  2. 1 packageegg tofu, cut into several parts
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 clovesgarlic cloves, smashed and minced finely
  5. 1 stalkgreen onion, slice
  6. as neededWater or chicken stock
  7. Some salt
  8. Some pepper
  9. Chicken powder to taste if needed

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the water to a boil. Add the garlic cloves and let it simmer until fragrant.

    Add in the mushrooms and tofu. Let it simmer.

  3. 3

    Then add in the eggs. Stir to combine.

  4. 4

    Add in the seasonings, taste test.

  5. 5

    Add the green onion. Let it simmer a bit.

  6. 6

    Serve.
