Cooking Instructions

Bring the water to a boil. Add the garlic cloves and let it simmer until fragrant.

Add in the mushrooms and tofu. Let it simmer.
- 3
Then add in the eggs. Stir to combine.
- 4
Add in the seasonings, taste test.
- 5
Add the green onion. Let it simmer a bit.
- 6
Serve.

My mother taught me this recipe.Please don't boil the nameko mushrooms and tofu for too long. If you can't get the timing right and they're overcooked when you add the miso, try adding the miso first and then add the nameko and tofu.
