Pan Poha Pizza

Pan Poha Pizza is just like regular pizza but without any kneading , without flour, yeast, oven and a quick making .
Pizza base is made up of poha / flattened rice along with eggs.

Pan Poha Pizza is just like regular pizza but without any kneading , without flour, yeast, oven and a quick making .

Steps

Assemble all ingredients

Soak flattened rice in curd + salt + lemon juice + pepper powder and soak for 10 - 15 minutes. In the mean time, chop tomato + capsicum and assemble all other ingredients.

After 10 -15 minutes, add eggs to soaked flattened rice and mix well. Add milk + baking soda and pizza base batter is ready to go to pan.

In moderately heated pan, add butter and let it melt, pour pizza batter into pan and spread evenly all over pan and cook under low flame under cover for 7-8 minutes.

The base will gradually turn crisp and surface will appear dry and firm. Bubbles can be seen on surface.

Now flip the other side (uncooked side) with help of a plate / thali, transfer to greased pan and gently transfer the pizza base keeping uncooked side as base. Now switch off flame and prepare for topping.

Spread sauce on pizza base, spread cheese, add chopped tomato and capsicum, add cheese, sprinkle chilli flakes + oregano + slight salt and topping is ready.

Now switch on flame, cover and cook / toast for another 7-8 minutes.

Pan Poha Pizza is ready.

Let it cool down for 1-2 minutes, then cut into pieces and serve.
