Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupBrown Sugar
  2. 1/4 CupKosher Salt (not table salt)
  3. 1 TablespoonCracked Black Pepper Corns
  4. 1 TeaspoonGarlic Powder
  5. 1 TeaspoonOnion Powder
  6. 1 TeaspoonCelery Salt
  7. 1 TeaspoonGround Mustard Powder
  8. 1 TeaspoonSmoked Paprika
  9. 1/2 TeaspoonGround Cumin
  10. 1/2 TeaspoonChili Powder
  11. 1/2 TeaspoonCayenne Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Simply mix all ingredients together, and stir to combine well. Will keep covered air tight in a plastic container for months. Rub liberally on any type meat that you are going to cook. Let rubbed meat marinate in the spice mixture for at least 24 hours. Enjoy
