In a bowl add the butter and the sugar and the pinch of salt and then mix well with a whisk

Next add the egg and vanilla extract and mix again with the whisk until the color becomes light

Then sift the flour and baking soda and the baking powder and switch to a spatula (be careful not to over mix)

Go on and add the chocolate chunks and mix again

Chill the dough for at least 30 min but for better flavor you can leave up to 1 hour or a whole day

Preheat the oven for 350 F (180 C)

Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop or a normal spoon, and make sure to leave space between every cookie

Lastly, let it cool and enjoy warm with a glass of milk
