Firstly prepare khow suey paste
Take mixture jar add chopped onion,green chilli,garlic cloves,ginger pieces,lemon grass,whole black pepper,1/2 Tsp Red powder,turmeric powder,pinch salt and adding little water make smooth paste. - 2
Prepare boiled noodles
Add oil and pinch salt in water then add noodles let them boil for 10min. - 3
Coconut milk soup preparation-
Take 2/3 tbsp oil in pan,after heating oil add chopped veggies here I am taking carrot and beans (you can add baby corn,mushroom, broccoli)saute them for 5 minutes. - 4
After partial cook veggies add khow suey paste,saute until oil separate on medium high flame,after releasing oil add 2 cup water in it.

Dissolve 1tbsp gram flour(besan) in coconut milk and add in soup pan,then mix it well.let spiced coconut milk soup to boil for 5 minutes.

Plating time and garnishing -
Place boiled noodles in a plate,pour veggies coconut milk soup on it.sprinkle chilli flakes, peanut powder,fried noodles,garlic and onion,and sprinkle chopped green onion,Coriander leaves.place lemon piece for complimentry..
