  • 1/4 cupoats
  • 1banana
  • 1/8 Spooncinnamon powder
  • 1 Spoonmixed seeds
  • 5almonds
  • 3dates deseeded and soft
  • 1/2guava pieces

    In a blender add oats, banana pieces, almonds, dates, guava pieces, and 1cup water blend it to smooth.

  2. 2

    Pour in a glass top with cinnamon powder, mixed seeds.

  3. 3

    Enjoy with family and friends.
