Today I am just showing the roast. I am not going to to write how to do the gravy it will be seen, but just a flavourful tender chuck roast. To me the chuck steak and roast is the most flavourful cut of beef, and the toughest.

Today I am just showing the roast. I am not going to to write how to do the gravy it will be seen, but just a flavourful tender chuck roast. To me the chuck steak and roast is the most flavourful cut of beef, and the toughest.

Heat the oil. Season the roast with salt and pepper. Chop the celery, dice the pepper, and cut the onion. Sear the roast.

When seared move to pressure cooker. In the oil you seared the roast, add the celery, pepper, and onions. Sautè for 5 minutes the add all in pan to the roast. Oil and all. Cover with 2 quarts water. 1 hour and 45 minutes high pressure. After 10 minutes remove from cooker and set roast on a plate to rest with 1 cup of the juices.

Now you can make the gravy with the juice left in pressure cooker. Mix oil flour spices. Bring liquids to boil add oil and flour paste

Let thicken. Roast turned out tender, flavourful, and comforting! Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
