Mix all ingredients except oil for frying and sesame seeds. Cover it and keep it for minimum 2 hours.

Wet your palm, take handful dough. Slightly flat it. Spread some water on one side and sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Deep fry it on medium flame. Enjoy this simple recipe.

Tip - I didn't add any sweetener but if you like, you may add jaggery. But let me remind you.it tastes super without sweetness.
