300 gTigernut
20 gPitted Dates
Cloves1/1tsp(crushed)

Soak tigernut overnight

Rinse,add cloves and blend with water

Sieve,set aside

Now,add pitted date(softened) to milk
5

Blend all till smooth, enjoy 🥤
