Ingredients

  1. for kofta :-
  2. 1medium size gobi/Cauliflower florets
  3. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  4. 1/2boiled grated potato
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 cupbesan
  12. 1 tablespooncorn flour
  13. for For gravy :whole garam masala
  14. 1big cardamom
  15. 1bay leaf
  16. few Black pepper corns
  17. 2-3cloves
  18. 2small cardamom
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 1 tablespoonOil
  21. 1 cupTomato pulp
  22. as required Oil for deep fry
  23. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  24. 1Chopped onion medium sized
  25. 1chopped green chilli
  26. 1 tspred chilli powder
  27. 1 tspgaram masala
  28. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  29. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  30. to tasteSalt
  31. 1/2 cupWater
  32. 1/4 cupcream
  33. as required Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    In bowl add grated Gobi, paneer, potato, cumin powder, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Salt, coriander powder, garam masala, corn flour, besan.

    Mix it well to foam a soft dough grease hands with oil, make small balls from the dough.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in medium hot oil.

  4. 4

    In one pan heat the oil, add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste, green chilli,saute well,add onion saute till it golden brown, add tomato pulp, saute until oil separates.

    Add water and cream cook for a minute,Add koftas, add coriander leaves.

    Served in another plate garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
