I had saved this recipe for the oven a few years ago and decided to try it in the air fryer. It's quick to make, but you need to let it cool completely to enjoy it.

I had saved this recipe for the oven a few years ago and decided to try it in the air fryer. It's quick to make, but you need to let it cool completely to enjoy it.

Preheat the air fryer and grease the pan

Put all the ingredients in a blender jar

Blend without moving the blender to incorporate the minimum amount of air

Pour the mixture into the pan

Bake for 30 minutes at 284°F (140°C)

Check after 25 minutes and leave it longer if needed. If necessary, increase to 320°F (160°C) in the last few minutes to achieve a nice golden color

Cool completely (a few hours in the fridge) to enjoy all the flavors
