My brother showed me how to make this simple but delicious fish meal. I usually serve with a wholegrain rice and some salad mix .

My brother showed me how to make this simple but delicious fish meal. I usually serve with a wholegrain rice and some salad mix .
Steps

Remove salmon from fridge and place on a baking tray or dish

Gently put a thin layer of miso paste on top of the salmon fillet.

Press sesame seeds onto the miso paste to form a crust.
- 4
Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees centigrades. Cook for 15- 20 minutes depending on your preference.

Slice and serve
