Healthy crunchy crackers.

Steps

Preheat oven to 170c.

Use a food processor to blitz the pumpkin seeds, oats and hazelnuts. Or for this small amt, i use a spice grinder.

Add the flaxseeds and chia and psyllium husk and salt and seaweed. Mix.

Add the liquids and mix well until it comes together as a dough. (If you’re using a food processor, do it in that but it’s also super-easy by hand.) Let it rest for 5-10 mins.

Roll out to 2-3 mm thick. Cut out rounds. Roll and cut until it’s all used.

Lay the rounds on a lined baking tray. They don’t need a lot of space.

Bake for 30mins. Turn them then bake for another 15-20mins. Until golden brown.
