Steps

Take milk in a large pan and boil for low to medium flame. Boil until milk thickens slightly.

Further add sugar and stir well until sugar dissolves.

Cool the milk to room temperature and chill it completely.

Now to prepare falooda sev bool 2 cup water. Add falooda sev and stir well.

Boil for 3-4 minutes or until sev softens.

Drain off the sev and rinse with cold water to stop cooking process.

Now, soak basil seeds in a cup of water for 30 minutes.

Soak until it absorb water.

To prepare falooda, in a tall glass add 2tbsp rose syrup.

Further add 2tbsp soaked basil seeds.

Now add 2tbsp cooked falooda sev.

Pour 1 cup of chilled milk and stir gently.

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Further, top with chopped almond and pistachio.

Drizzle 1tbsp of rose syrup. Finally enjoy falooda chilled.
