Ingredients

3 people
  • 250 gmsSheem (Broad Beans)
  • 2large Potatoes, peeled and small diced
  • 2-3 clovesGarlic, chopped
  • 1medium onions,chopped
  • 1-2green Chillies
  • 2-3 tablespoonsCilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonsOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot oil add Garlic and onions,cook it in medium flame light golden.

  2. 2

    Then Add potatoes, Sheem (Broad Beans) and give a nice mix.Cover n cook for 4-5 mins.

  3. 3

    Add Turmeric powder, Salt and mix them well. Cook them in medium low flame for another 3-4 minutes until all the vegetables get tender. Stir occasionally in between.

  4. 4

    Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and give n nice mix again.

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame and put the pan down.Enjoy with Roti or rice.
