Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 Cupsabudana soak in water for 5 minutes then drain the water
  • 2boiled & chopped potatoes
  • 2 tbsproasted & ground peanuts
  • 1 tspcurd,
  • 2-3chopped green chilies
  • 2 teaspoonghee
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • as per taste salt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In pan add ghee, jeera.

  2. 2

    Add green chilies.

  3. 3

    Add potatoes. saute 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    In bowl mix sabudana, curd, salt, sugar, peanut powder.

  5. 5

    Add sabudana to pan.

  6. 6

    Mix well,cook for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Stir in between.
