Soak almonds, pistachios, cashews, fennel seeds, melon seeds, saffron, rose petals, black pepper, cardamom into 1/2 cup water for 3 hours.

After that, blend all these soaked ingredients with the same water adding oats into it and make a paste.

Now add milk and sugar into this paste and again blend it. The delicious oats thandai is ready to serve. Sprinkle some rose petals and dry fruits on it and serve chilled.
