Ingredients

1.5 hour
4 People
  1. 1 kglady finger
  2. 1Tomato
  3. 2Onion
  4. 4-5Chili
  5. 2-3 spoonOil
  6. as required Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds
  7. As Per Taste Salt and Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Dry mango powder(optional)
  8. as requiredCurry Leaves

Steps

1.5 hour
  1. 1

    First finely chop the lady fingers

  2. 2

    Then chop 2 onion,4-5 chilis,1 medium size tomato

  3. 3

    Put the pan on stove in medium flame and add 2 spoon oil

  4. 4

    Add some Black Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds and some curry leaves

  5. 5

    Add chopped chilies and onion pieces and fry in medium flame until onion would be reddish color

  6. 6

    Then add chopped lady fingers and fry it on medim flame until it looks plenty of the veggies are cooked and fried

  7. 7

    Add salt as per your taste and then chopped tomato and lid it for 6- 7 min until it is cooked

  8. 8

    If veggies are cooked then add some masalas like turmeric powder and chili powder as per choice and wait till it is cooked nicely.
