Steps

Take a bowl. Place a cloth into it. Mix the wheat flour & rice powder in it. Tighten the cloth & make a potli.

In a pan pour water & place a stand. Place the mixed powder bowl into it. Cover the vessel & steam for 15mins.

Take out & seive the powdered mixture. Add the spices & salt. Using water knead a soft dough.

Take a star nozzle. Drizzle with oil. Make balls & roll into cylindrical shape. Stuff in & close & make spiral shape. Stick the ends with fingers.

Deep fry on low flame till golden & crispy. Drain off the extra oil. Enjoy.
