This black kanji is very easy to make ant tasty also. It is low in calories, rich in dietary fiber, vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium and manganese. It is healthy probiotic drink.

Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. Black carrot -250gm
  2. 1 lwater
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack salt
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 4 tspblack mustard seeds powder

Cooking Instructions

    First boil water and cool it.

    Then wash black carrots, and cut into pieces.

    Then in glass jar add carrot, salt, black salt, red chilli, mustard seeds powder. Add (lukewarm) water. Mix it.

    Then tie it with a Muslim cloth. And keep it in hot place(under sun) for 5-6 days.

    Now it is ready to serve.

    Serve chilled and as you wish.
