In small bowl take 2 tbsp milk add cornflour mix to smooth paste. keep aside.

Heat milk in pan at medium heat. Add sugar.

Mix now add cornflour paste keep stirring so that lumps are not formed.

Let the milk get little thick.

Remove from fire. Let it get cool.

Put in freezer for about one hour

Remove from freezer.whip custard sauce for 2-3 mnts.

In another bowl take chilled cream beat it till it get thick.

Add beaten custard sauce and vanilla essence in cream.

Fold lightly.

Cover the bowl tightly with lid keep in freezer for 4-5 hours.

Remove whip again.cover and keep in freezer to set.

Scoop and serve with syrup sauce or anything of your choice.
