  • 2 cupssooji (semolina)
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupNutsof your choice
  • 3green cardamoms

Steps

  1. 1

    First make sheera sugar water : mix water and sugar and bring it to boil cook till all sugar dissolve don't make thick syrup.

    In non-stick pan add ghee,add green cardamoms when it cracks add semolina and cook for till you get beautiful light colour and got aroma then add milk powder and mix well..

    Then add sugar syrup and mix it give it a good mix and cook till it removes from edges.

    Grease the try with butter pour over it and spread with spatula. Garnish it with nuts.

    Make cuts with sharp knife.. enjoy.. when it cool down..
