Potato Puff Patties Without Oven

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds,green chillies and chopoed ginger.Saute 1 min.Add potato.Add all powdered spices and salt.Mux well and cook on low flame for 2-3minutes.Put off heat and let it cool.

In a mixing bowl,take maida.Add other ingredients and make a hard dough.Leave 15 minutes.

In a bowl take ghee and maida,mix well and prepare a paste for layering.

Now divide the dough into 8 equall portions and roll into 8 thin pooris.

Divide ghee-maida paste into 8 equall portions.Now take one poori,spread 1 part of ghee -maida paste over poori.Sprinkle 1 tsp maida over paste.

Put another poori on the first poori.Repeat the process as we did in first case.Do the same process with all 8 pooris.

Roll tightly the pooris into a log like structure.Cut the log into 8 equall parts.Roll each portion into a poori.Shape the poori into a square after cutting the sides.

Take 1 tbsp stuffing,put on one square piece,fold it,giving the shape of a triangle.Prepare all puff patties.

Heat oil.Fry the puff patties on low heat till light golden.

Serve.Enjoy.
