Steps

In a bowl, activate yeast with warm water

In another bowl; sieve together flour and semovita, add salt and mix

Pour yeast mixture into flour/semo mixture and mix well. *NB: the dough should not be too watery and not too thick.*

Cover bowl and allow to rise in a warm place for at least 30mins. After it had risen, add onions and mix

Grease baking tins and scoop batter
- 6
Transfer to a steamer and steam over medium heat for 30mins/until a toothpick comes out clean
- 7
Serve with any soup of your choice
