Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 2 clovesminced garlic
  • Grated scotch bonnets
  • Diced red bell pepper
  • Diced green pepper
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped spring onions
  • Maggi (to taste)
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 teaspoonmixed spices
  • 2 tablespooncorn flour (you can use ordinary flour)
  • 1egg
  • Oil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients together

  2. 2

    Scoop mixture into small balls

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat

  4. 4

    Add meatballs and fry for 3-4mins/until golden brown on both sides
