Ingredients

45min
3-4 servings
  1. 6x porkchops
  2. 1& 1/2 teaspoons salt
  3. 1x large onion (cut in rings)
  4. 3/4 tablespoonsmustard (english)
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsblack pepper
  6. 4& 1/2 tablespoons butter
  7. 1& 1/2 teaspoons tomatoe sauce (all gold)
  8. 3/4 cupwhite wine

Steps

45min
  1. 1

    Rub chops with mixture of salt, pepper and mustard

  2. 2

    Melt half of the butter in a pan and cook chops till brown

  3. 3

    Remove chops and add rest of butter

  4. 4

    Add onion and cook lightly

  5. 5

    Add tamatoe sauce, white wine and put porkchops back

  6. 6

    Arrange onion on top of pork as much as possible

  7. 7

    Close with lid and simmer for 45min
