Sesame Buns

Baking bread is really a therapeutic activity since there are so many stages of change a single bowl of flour goes through to give such beautiful and delicious results. I love baking bread and buns. These sesame buns are so easy and once you make them, you will want to try again. Better anytime over store purchased bread. To make it more healthy, I have added whole wheat flour and Sesame seeds . They give it crunch along with protein, calcium and vitamin B too.
