Ingredients

15-20 mins
3 servings
  1. 1 cupcooked rice
  2. 4-5 tbspsweet corn
  3. 1carrot grated
  4. Handfulchopped coriander
  5. as required Few mint leaves finely chopped
  6. 4-5green chillies finely chopped
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste (optional)
  8. as per needSalt
  9. as per taste Red chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  11. 1 tspjeera powder
  12. 1 tspgaram masala
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1 tspajwain
  15. 5-6 tbspbesan
  16. as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep oil ina kadai for frying..

  2. 2

    In a bowl take cooked rice and mash it with hands.. Then add grated carrot, corn, chillies, coriander, mint, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and all masalas and mix well.

  3. 3

    Then add besan and mix well.

  4. 4

    Take some batter and give any shape and deep fry till nice golden in colour. Serve hot with chutney of your choice..
