Keep oil ina kadai for frying..

In a bowl take cooked rice and mash it with hands.. Then add grated carrot, corn, chillies, coriander, mint, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste and all masalas and mix well.

Then add besan and mix well.

Take some batter and give any shape and deep fry till nice golden in colour. Serve hot with chutney of your choice..
