Ingredients

5 min
2 persons
  • 1/2 cupRoasted Peanuts
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 2 piecegreen chilli
  • 1 pieceginger
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 4-5curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Put peanuts, ginger, green chilli, salt, water, curd in mixer jar. And make fine paste.

  2. 2

    Then take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves.

  3. 3

    When mustard seeds popped, add it to paste.

  4. 4

    Enjoy with dosa, Uttapam, idli, upma
