Take all the ingredients in a pressure cooker,except coriender leaves,green chillies and chopped onion.Add 1 cup water.

Close the lid,pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle,then cook for 4-5minutes on low flame.

Put off heat and let pressure release itself.If any water remained,dry it.

Discard cinnamon stick and bay leaves.Mash the chicken with masher or coarsely gring.

Add chopped coriander leaves,green chillies and chopped onion.Mix well and make kababs.

In 1/4cup water add 2 tbsp corn flour.Mix well.

Heat oil in a wok,dip one kabab in corn flour slurry and fry on medium heat till golden.Fry all.

Serve hot with sauce/chutney.
