In a bowl add Maida, Salt, azwain and kasoori methi and mix all

Take maida in hand and check its binding. Now knead this with help of water andd make a semi soft dough.

Add 1 tsp refined oil to the dough and mix it. Now cover it with damp cloth and keep it for rest. Now open this after 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough and cut 6 equal sized balls. Now make a chapati of each ball

Cut the chapati diagonally in several parts and roll out each part from outer to inner side like the pic. So all croissents are ready.

Heat the oil and fry all croissent mathri till golden brown and take out.

So all the croissent Mathri are ready. Enjoy the recipe.
