Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak with water.add soda in it.soak it over night.

    In the morning strian water wash again and boil in a wok in fresh water.

    After boiling when cholay will be on room temperature. keep them in zip lock bad or in an air tight container.keep refrigerated
