Chicken kadhai is a delicious and spicy dish.
Steps

Wash and clean chicken pieces and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Marination process: in a large mixing bowl add boiled chicken pieces, Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and mix well. Set aside for a few minutes.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces from both sides till it is golden.

Once done set aside the chicken pieces on a clean plate.

Use the same pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, chicken kadhai masala and fry until tomatoes are mushy.

Once tomatoes are cooked add fried chicken pieces and curd. Cook for a few minutes on medium-low flame.

Now add water, onion slices, capsicum slices and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
