The seasoning of this pork dumpling filling can be a basis for various dumplings. With this pork filling, adding in different vegetables or seafood will make different types of dumplings. 😋
Steps

Use a blender to blend all the ingredients for spring onion & ginger water.

Add seasoning ingredients and spring onion & ginger water in the minced pork and mix them well. Make sure all the meat absorbs the liquid.

Add chopped prawns, spring onion and crispy onion in the meat and mix them all well.
(If prefer using different vegetables or seafood, you can add in at this step.) - 4
Use the ready-made dumpling wraps to make the dumplings. Put the dumplings into a pan with boiled water. When the dumplings float, add in one bowl of cold water. When the water boils again, drain and get the dumplings out. Enjoy.
