As Ramadan is near and we all are bz in chores so here's my take in #crl
Important point to remember
Don't cook your veggies more.
Don't add seasoning (especially sauces) after sauteed veggies, bcz if you do your veggies were over cooked n we want lil crunchy
If your feel sauces are good enough, then cook it more before adding veggies, if you don't then your veggies become soft and soggy
Yr filling must b dry n flavorful , no wet for best crispy spring roll

Cooking Instructions

Cut all the veggies

Heat 2 tbsp of oil, saute chicken with ginger garlic paste, when it own water dries and chicken change its color. Add 1/2 cup of water with salt n cook until it's full done and no water left. Cool and shredded it. Set aside

Heat oil, add all the seasoning n mix it well n cook for a minute then add all veggies, quickly saute it. Trun off the stove.

Lastly add shredded chicken, mix it well. Your chicken and vegetables spring roll filling is ready.
